King's Lynn and West Norfolk is a local government district in Norfolk. The main town is King's Lynn.

LGBT history

Rev E E Bradford, Uranian poet, was Vicar of Nordelph from 1909 to 1944.

The actor Rupert Everett was born in Burnham Deepdale in 1959.

The entertainer Burnel Penhaul was born in Hunstanton in 1964.

The Hob in the Well is listed as King's Lynn's only gay bar.[1]

West Norfolk LGBT is a network for LGBT people in King's Lynn. It was sponsored by Freebridge Community Housing with support from Stonewall The initial focus of the group is on social activities.[2]

King’s Lynn and West Norfolk LGB youth group is listed as meeting weekly for socialising and support.[3]

Stephen Fry has a house near King's Lynn.
