University of Lancaster

The University of Lancaster was founded in 1964. Originally based in Lancaster city centre, it moved in 1968 to a purpose-build campus at Bailrigg, three miles south of the city centre.
LGBT societies
Lancaster University Students Union LGBT Association (yourLGBTQ*) was a member of the LGBT Consortium in 2011.[1] and is listed as a member of ILGA[2]
