Woking is a town and local government district in Surrey.

LGBT history

The musician Douglas P. was born in Sheerwater in 1956 and the actress Rebecca Root was born there in 1969.

Outcrowd is a social and support group for LGBT people based in Woking, run by volunteers from the charity Outline[1]
