The Trans-Pennine CHE Group was a CHE group covering parts of Lancashire and Yorkshire. It was formed in September 1971.[1] It later split and gave rise to separate groups in Huddersfield CHE Group, East Lancs CHE Group (Blackburn-Burnley) and Halifax and Humberside CHE Group.
