The Central School of Speech and Drama, officially the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, but colloquially referred to as "Central" is part of the University of London, specialising in speech and drama training. It was founded in 1906 and and was housed at the Royal Albert Hall until 1957, when it moved to the former Embassy Theatre at Swiss Cottage. It became a college of the University of London in 2005.
