Ashford is a town and local government district in Kent.LGBT history
The village of Aldington has been home to Sir Noël Coward, Paul O'Grady and Julian Clary.
Stanley Underhill in his autobiography Coming Out of the Black Country describes the Ashford Gay Group he attended in the 1990s [1].
There is an Ashford LGBT Forum.[2]
