The Stonewall Writer of the Year Award is one of the Stonewall Awards, presented annually since 2006 by Stonewall Equality Limited.
"Winners" to date have been:
- 2006: Chris Moyles (actually listed as "Bully of the year")
- 2007: Anthony Priddis, Bishop of Hereford.
- 2008: Iris Robinson
- 2009: Jointly Jan Moir and Father John Owen
- 2010: Chris Grayling
- 2011: Melanie Phillips
- 2012: Cardinal Keith O'Brien
- 2013: Pat Robertson
The award was not given in 2014 or 2015.
