World Pride Power List
The World Pride Power List is compiled by Square Peg Media in conjunction with The Guardian. It was launched in 2012 on the occasion of London Pride being World Pride, to replace the previous Pride Power List, and included LGBT people from other countries as well as the UK.

2012
The World Pride Power List 2012 claims to list "the 100 most influential LGBT people of the year in the worlds of business, politics, arts and entertainment".[1] It was published in The Guardian on 7 July 2012 to coincide with the London World Pride London parade.
The judges were Ben Summerskill, Michael Fuller (managing director, UnitedHealth UK); Linda Riley (managing director of Square Peg Media), and Cuc Vu (chief diversity officer of the US LGBT organisation the Human Rights Campaign).
Of the 100 people listed, 62 are British (counting Sandi Toksvig as British), 34 American, and one each from Belgium, Iceland, Poland and Sweden. The number 1 slot was taken by Jane Lynch, an American actress.

2013
The World Pride Power List 2013 was published on London Pride day, 29 June 2013.
Top of the list was the American actress Ellen De Generes. The highest placed British person was Stephen Fry, who did not appear at all in the 2012 list. Of the 100 people listed, 74 were British, 17 American, and one each from Belgium, Poland, Australia, Russia, Iceland, France, India, Egypt and Jamaica.

2014
The World Pride Power List 2014 was published on Pride in London 2014 day, 28 June 2014.
First and second in the list were the American actresses Laverne Cox and Ellen DeGeneres, with Tom Daley at number 3. Of the 100 people listed, 66 were British, 26 American, 2 Australian, and one each from Belgium, Australia, Italy, Russia, Austria, Jamaica and Poland.
There was additionally a category of "Straight allies", comprising 8 British people and two Americans (Lady Gaga and President Barack Obama).
