Steven Davies
Steven Davies (born 1986) is an English cricketer. He has played (as a wicket keeper and batsman) for Worcestershire, Surrey and (since 2017) Somerset, and has represented England in Twenty20 and One Day International matches.

Personal life

Davies is openly gay, coming out publicly on 27 February 2011 in an interview with The Daily Telegraph. He had come out to his family five years earlier and was already out to his teammates.[1] He became the first international cricketer to announce his homosexuality.[2]

Steven Davies was ranked 12 in the Pink List 2011 and 36 on the Pride Power List 2011.
