Inverclyde municipal offices, Greenock
Inverclyde is a local government area in Scotland, located on the south bank of the River Clyde. The area is originally part of the historic county of Renfrewshire, and was included within the Strathclyde region. The main town in the area is Greenock. It was at one time an important ship building area.

LGBT History

David Cairns was MP for Greenock and Inverclyde from 2001 until his death.

In October 2012 the GMFA guide was listing a Greenock LGBT Group, but the associated link was not working.[1]

The National LGBT Forum lists a group called Clyde Men.[2]
