Darren Johnson (born 1966) is a British politician and Green Party member (since 2000) of the London Assembly. He is also the only Green Party councillor for the London Borough of Lewisham. He was the Green Party's candidate for Mayor of London in 2000 and 2004. On 11 May 2012, following the Assembly elections, Darren Johnson was elected Deputy Chair of the London Assembly.

Johnson is gay[1] and lives in Brockley, Lewisham, with his long-term partner and former borough councillor, Dean Walton.[2]
