Allan Bell
Allan Bell (born 1947) is the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man.

He was elected as member of the House of Keys (the Manx parliament) in 1984 and served in several ministerial posts before being elected Chief Minister in October 2011.[1]

Allan Bell is gay and has been in a relationship with a man for a number of years.

"People know that I’m gay. I’ve never made a secret of it, but no one has ever asked me."[2]
