Putney Bridge
Putney is a district on the south bank of the River Thames, now part of the London Borough of Wandsworth.

LGBT history

The Wandsworth-Richmond CHE Group was renamed CHERP (CHE Richmond and Putney) in 1978. John Sessions lived in East Putney.
