Ike Cowen
Ike Cowen (Harold Edward Cowen, 1917–2015) was a lawyer and a leading figure in the Campaign for Homosexual Equality.[1]

He was born in Pontypool, Monmouthshire, and took an external law degree with the University of London while serving in the Royal Air Force.[2]

He was the founder of the Pavilion Club in Shardlow.[3]
