4in10, or Four in Ten, was a group run by LGBT mental health service users. It provided mutual support, friendship and social activities and campaigns for improved statutory mental health services for LGBT people in the four London Boroughs covered by the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM).
