OUTstanding is a business network for LGBT senior executives. It was founded in 2013 by Suki Sandhu who is its CEO. The deputy CEO is Joseph Galliano.
There is an advisory panel comprising Lord Browne, Dawn Airey, Harriet Green, Ashok Vaswani and Suki Sandhu.
In 2013 it published a list of the top 50 LGBT business leaders, in association with the Financial Times.
