The International Gender and Sexuality Alliance (IGSA) is an international organisation based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire It was co-founded by the co-ordinators of the former Gay Activists Alliance International in July 2010, Its mission is

"To actively campaign to highlight inequality and rights abuses towards Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer and other Gender Variant people (LGBTIQ), as well as Women’s Rights globally in an ongoing drive towards full equality and recognition for all."
