Greater London Authority, established in 2000. It scrutinises the work of the Mayor of London and has the power (subject to a two-thirds majority) to amend the Mayor's annual budget. 14 members are elected from individual constituencies, and another 11 on a London-wide basis by proportional representation. Elections take place every four years.
