Christopher Biggins in 2009
Christopher Biggins (born 1948) is an actor and TV presenter. He was born in Oldham and brought up in Salisbury, and began acting at the age of 17.

He appeared as the gay character "Lukewarm" in the prison-based sitcom Porridge, and as the Emperor Nero in I Claudius, starring Derek Jacobi. He has been a presenter in other TV shows, and regularly appears in pantomimes, for instance as "Widow Twankey" in Aladdin.

In 2007 he was the winner in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!.

Biggins was married to Australian actress Beatrice Norbury from 1971 to 1974.[1] He is now openly gay and formed a civil partnership with Neil Sinclair, on 30 December 2006 at Hackney Register Office.[2]

He was ranked 97 in the Pride Power List 2011 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award in the Pink List 2012.
