John Nicolson MP
John Nicolson (born 1961) is a television presenter and SNP politician. He was elected as MP for East Dunbartonshire in the 2015 general election. He lost his seat at the 2017 General Election. However at the 2019 General Election he was elected as SNP member for Ochil and South Perthshire wining the seat on a 7% swing from the Conservative member Luke Graham.

He was born in Glasgow and studied at Glasgow University and in the United States. He has been a presenter with both BBC and ITV, living in Spitalfields with his partner, Luis.[1]

In 2020 Nicolson tried to get LGBAlliance's Fund raising pages taken down [2].
