East Suffolk is a local government district within Suffolk. It was formed in 2019 by merging the districts of Suffolk Coastal and Waveney.

It contains the towns of Woodbridge, Felixstowe, and Aldeburgh and the Sizewell nuclear power station.

Between 1888 and 1974 there was an administrative county of East Suffolk, covering a larger area than the present district.
