Blackburn is a town in Lancashire. The borough of Blackburn was renamed Blackburn with Darwen in 1997, and became a unitary authority the following year.

LGBT history

The Blackburn and Burnley CHE Group was founded in 1972.

There are plans to hold a Blackburn Pride in 2013.[1]
