Gloucestershire is a county in south-west England.
The county council area includes six districts:
Additionally, the Gloucestershire ceremonial county also includes a unitary authority, South Gloucestershire.
Policing in the county council area is provided by Gloucestershire Constabulary; South Gloucestershire is covered by Avon and Somerset Police.
