Positive Lives was an HIV charity set up by David Bridle and Kelvin Solis, owners of Chronos Publishing, in 1996.
In May 2000, Outcast magazine ran a story claiming that Positive Lives had "done no charitable work whatever". The story was investigated by the Charity Commission, who found that the report was correct, and ordered Positive Lives to close down.[1]
