David Hyde
David Hyde was a barrister. He had a degree from Lancaster University.[1]

In 1971 he was the first editor of Lunch, the London CHE magazine.[2]

He died unexpectedly in 2015, having previously indicated a willingness to join the CHE Executive Committee.
