The International Lesbian and Gay Cultural Network is an international body to promote international rainbow culture and exchange across borders. It works in association with Tupilak, the Sweden-based association of Nordic rainbow cultural workers. it was created in 1992 at the ILGA world conference in Paris by Colin de la Motte-Sherman and Bill Schiller from Stockholm.

ILGCN holds the Moonbow cultural festivals from time to time. The 2005 Moonbow was held in London.

The Sappho in Paradise book prize has been awarded by ILGCN in conjuction with Paradise Press.
