Dudley is a town and metropolitan borough in the West Midlands. It is considered part of the Black Country. The town of Dudley was historically an exclave of Worcestershire, entirely surrounded by Staffordshire. The current borough also includes the towns of Stourbridge and Halesowen.LGBT history
