Blackburn is a town in Lancashire. The borough of Blackburn was renamed Blackburn with Darwen in 1997, and became a unitary authority the following year.
LGBT history
There was a Blackburn and Burnley CHE group in the 1970s.
There are plans to hold a Blackburn Pride in 2013.[1]
