Surat Knan (Surat Rathgeber Knan) is the founder and project manager of Rainbow Jews.
Surat has an MA degree in Psychology (Gender Studies), Journalism and Theatre, and has worked as educator and project coordinator with numerous international organisations. Surat currently works for the Liberal Jewish movement UK, is a genderqueer/trans activist, a campaigner for faith-related LGBTQI issues, and since 2013 a Board member of the World Congress of GLBT Jews.[1]
