Bird in Hand

The Bird in Hand is a gay pub in Croydon, South London. As of 2011 it is the only remaining full-time gay venue in Croydon. For a time it was under the same ownership as the Southern Pride in West Norwood, and was renamed Bird of Pride, but it has since reverted to its original name.
