Four in Ten is a group run by LGBT mental health service users. It provides mutual support, friendship and social activities and campaigns for improved statutory mental health services for LGBT people in the four London boroughs covered by the South London and Maudsley Trust (Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham).[1]
