Dorset

Dorset is a county in South-West England. The County Council area includes the East Dorset, West Dorset, North Dorset, Purbeck and Christchurch districts, and the ceremonial county also includes the Bournemouth and Poole unitary authorities.

Christchurch and Bournemouth were part of Hampshire until 1974.
