Not to be confused with the "4 in 10 children live in poverty" organisation.

4in10, or Four in Ten, was the LGBT Service User group for the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM). SLaM provided mental health and substance misuse services for Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.

In February 2013 4in10 held an LGBT History Month event.[1]
