Deal Castle

Deal is a seaside town in Kent, eight miles north-east of Dover and within the Dover district.

LGBT history

Deal has long had "a sizable artistic and gay community (legendary resident Charles Hawtrey's plaque adorns a house on Middle Street)."^[1]
