London Group 4 was a CHE group based in central London. It was founded in October 1970. Its first chairman was Tony Ryde, succeeded in 1972 by Babs Todd. It was later renamed the Bloomsbury CHE Group, recalling memories of the Bloomsbury Group of the 1930s.[1]
