Devon and Cornwall Police is a police force covering the counties of Devon and Cornwall (including the unitary authorities of Plymouth, Torbay and the Isles of Scilly). It was formed in 1967.
LGBT history
Malcolm Lidbury has submitted a number of freedom of information requests to Devon and Cornwall Police alleging homophobia.[1][2]
