The rebuilt Wembley Stadium

Wembley is a an area and former borough now part of the London Borough of Brent. It is best known for Wembley Stadium, setting for major sporting events such as football's FA Cup. It was originally erected for the British Empire Exhibition in 1924–25.

LGBT history

There was a Wembley CHE Group in the 1970a.

In March 2012 Clare Dimyon staged a one-woman demonstration in support of efforts to end homophobia in football.[1]
