The Trans-Pennine CHE Group (possibly also referred to as the Mid-Pennine CHE Group) was a CHE group covering parts of Lancashire and Yorkshire. It was formed in September 1971.[1] It later split and gave rise to separate groups in Huddersfield, East Lancs (Blackburn-Burnley) and Halifax and Humberside.
