Kathryn Nawrockyi

Kathryn Nawrockyi is Gender Equality Director at Business in the Community (BITC).
She was ranked number 73 in the Rainbow List 2014 and listed under "Influencers" in the Pride Power List 2015. The Rainbow List citation said:
- "Nawrockyi is on a mission to ensure gender equality for women in the workplace with her organisation and is a firm believer in narrowing the gender pay gap. Committed to making a difference, she authored the largest study of women at work, Project 28-40."[1]
