The Civil Service Rainbow Alliance is the cross-departmental network for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual civil servants in the United Kingdom.
CSRA does not cover trans employees as these are catered for by a:gender.
A Civil Service staff network committed to promoting and supporting sex equality and equity between women and men in our workplaces was set up in 2022 (see SEEN)
