Berwickshire shown within Scotland
Berwickshire is a former county in Scotland. It is named after Berwick-upon-Tweed, which is no longer part of the county, having been transferred to England in 1482. In 1975 it became the Berwickshire district within the Borders region, and since 1996 it has been part of the Scottish Borders council area. The county town is Duns.

A youth group has been set up, meeting every week in Eyemouth, and a youth worker is available to provide advice and support to young people in Eyemouth, Duns and surrounding area.[1]
