Alan Duncan
Alan Duncan (Alan James Carter Duncan, born 1957) is a Conservative politician. He has been MP for Rutland and Melton since 1992. In 2005 he stood for the leadership of the Conservative Party.

He is currently Minister of State at the Department For International Development.

Alan Duncan was the first Conservative MP to voluntarily come out as gay, in an interview with The Times in 2002.

He is ranked number 65 in the Independent on Sunday's Pink List 2011 and number 66 in the World Pride Power List 2012
