A Day In Hand
From LGBT Archive
A Day In Hand was a campaign designed to promote LGBT rights through the simple act of holding hands with someone of the same sex in public.[1]
The campaign was started by David Watkins, and launched at XXL club, London Bridge, on IDAHO day, 17 May 2009.[2] In October that year it received an award from the Sheila McKechnie Foundation.[3]
