John Morrison ( known as "Hobbit",[1] died 2012 aged 50) was a Liberal Democrat politician and leader of East Dunbartonshire council.
He was educated at Glasgow University, and worked as head of the legal department of Glasgow City Council. He was leader of East Dunbartonshire council from 2003 to 2007.[1]
