Kirsty McNeill is a political adviser and speechwriter, who was adviser in charge of external affairs to Gordon Brown while he was prime minister.

She is the founder of Themba HQ.

She was listed number 11 in the 50 most powerful 2009 list and 63 in the Pride Power List 2011.
