Mark Q McLane is a business man. He was raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and studied at the University of Scranton before moving into the world of business.[1] He moved to the UK with his partner Carlos to take up the position of global head of diversity and inclusion at Barclays in December 2011.
He was ranked number 81 in the World Pride Power List 2013
