HALT logo
HALT (Homophobic Awareness Liaison Team) is a multi-agency partnership working to make Oxfordshire a safer and more inclusive community for LGBT people. In 2012 it carried out a survey of LGBT people in South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse.[1]
