Daniel Radcliffe in 2011
Daniel Radcliffe (born 1989) is an actor. He achieved world-wide fame as the star of the eight films in the Harry Potter series from age 11 onwards. He has since appeared on stage in Equus (including a nude scene) and in the horror film The Woman in Black.

He has contributed to many charities, including The Trevor Project, an American organisation working to prevent suicide among LGBT youth.

He was listed under "Non-LGBT Friends" in the Pink List 2011. The citation said:

"After supporting the Trevor project – which raises awareness of gay teen suicide – both financially and in films, Radcliffe said that combating homophobia is one of the most important things in his career."[1]
