London Action Down South (LADS) was an HIV outreach programme for South London.
It was created in 1994 within the then Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth Health Authority, with a remit to respond to the health needs of gay men. In 1999 it became the Healthy Gay Living Centre (HGLC). In 2003 it became part of the Terrence Higgins Trust and reverted to the name LADS.[1]
