Leyton Town Hall
Leyton is a district of East London, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Prior to 1965 it was a separate borough in Essex.

LGBT history

The Red Onion Community and its Pink Sundae Club were based in Leyton.

The Beau Belles group have met in Leyton.
